TORO Energy has acquired two uranium exploration permits from Liberty Resources in Western Australia.

The acquisition covers the Firestrike uranium discovery and associated drilling database taking Toro Energy’s uranium projects to a total of four.

According to Toro Energy, Firestrike has been defined in a corridor approximately 2.7km long and 200m wide, which was first discovered by Liberty Resources during its 2007 and 2008 aircore drilling programs.

Toro Energy claims it will target additional drilling and a maiden JORC resource estimate for Firestrike sometime next year.
