UXA returns high grade uranium samples at Ngalia

URANIUM Exploration Australia (UXA) has returned high grade uranium values at its Ngalia Thrust project near Alice Springs.

Rock chip samples collected at Crystal Creek have returned up 4,170 ppm U3O8.

The rock chip samples were crushed and analysed by XRF in a commercial laboratory and confirm values of uranium up to 4,000 ppm U (4,172 ppm U3O8).

They follow the discovery of uranium mineralisation in a 3000m long structure within granite at Crystal Creek in July.

Early field sampling with a portable XRF machine indicated U3O8 concentrations of up to 4,120 ppm.
