Energy Ventures kick start Swedish diamond drill project

ENERGY Ventures has kicked started its Ballek copper-gold-uranium diamond drilling project in northern Sweden.

Energy Ventures claims the program will involved 1,600m diamond drilling, which will test for extensions and repetitions of the known mineralisation at the Lulepotten copper-gold deposit.

Energy Ventures says it has completed a joint venture agreement with Beowulf Mining on the Ballek copper-gold-uranium project.

The company claims project comprises four exploration permits that collectively cover 110 square kilometres in Arjeplog County, northern Sweden.

Work has already commenced at the Ballek project and the proposed program is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2010.
